Welcome to the website for the 2017 World Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health.
We invite you to explore this site for program updates, important dates and other information pertaining to the most comprehensive forum in the field of complementary and integrative medicine worldwide in 2017.
This meeting is convened by the European Society of Integrative Medicine (ESIM) and serves as the 10th European Congress for Integrative Medicine and the 12th International Congress on Complementary Medicine Research sponsored by the International Society for Complementary Medicine Research (ISCMR). This congress will take place in association with a number of international organizations including the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health (ACIMH) in North America and others from around the globe. We invite researchers, educators, policy makers and clinical providers of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) to take part in the conference. For further information please click here.
Registration will open in August 2016 and we urge you to take note of the due dates for submission of proposals for sessions and research abstracts.
Our main congress topics will be: Research, Clinical Care, Education, Traditional Healing Systems, Medicine and Arts.
All accepted abstracts will be published in BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine which is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that considers articles on interventions and resources that complement or replace conventional therapies, with a specific emphasis on research that explores the biological mechanisms of action, as well as their efficacy, safety, costs, patterns of use and/or implementation.
