Information for poster presenters:
Accepted posters will be available for viewing for the congress public in the poster exhibition area during the guided poster sessions.
Posters assigned to the session on Wednesday May 3, 2017, 18.00-19.00 pm (should be hung up between 8.00 am and 17.30 pm and disposed off no later than 20.00 pm on that day)
Posters assigned to the session on Thursday May 4, 2017, 12.00-13.00 pm (should be hung up between 8.00 am and 11.30 am and disposed off no later than 18.30 pm on that day)
Posters assigned to the session on Friday May 5, 2017, 12.00-13.00 pm (should be hung up between 8.00 am and 11.30 am and disposed off no later than 18.30 pm on that day)
Posters not removed will be kept by the room personnel until the End of the congress day and will be disposed off after that.
Please also observe the maximum poster dimensions: 90 cm wide × 120 cm high. A poster panel of its own will be provided for every poster, showing the poster number as indicated in the program in the upper left-hand corner. Material for securing posters will be available in a sufficient quantity on site. No securing material of your own is allowed. Please hang your poster up 10 min before the session starts and remove it after the session.
Please be present next to your poster during the guided poster presentation session you have been assigned to, to give explanations and participate in discussions during this time. Every author has been allocated 3 min for presenting their poster and 2 min for discussion. Therefore, the chairmen are asked to observe the presentation time strictly and we will encourage all chairmen to interrupt the presentation if the time is over.
Information for oral presentations:
Please save your presentation (power point) on an USB stick and bring it to the conference. This year there will be no central transfer of electronic material. You can load your presentation directly onto the laptops in the respective rooms. With this in mind, please be present in the respective room 20 minutes before the session begins. The congress staff will be of assistance when needed. Your presentation will be deleted from the computer after the session. Please note: In order to avoid delay in the order of events, the use of personal note books is not allowed. Equipment for projection and laptops are available in every conference room.
